At the Ladys Kennel Club WA, Alice received Challenge and Best Junior of Breed..
On the 14th September the Utility Dog Club WA hosted 2 champ shows in memory of Vivien Brennan (President of UDCWA) who passed away in March 2013. Despite the horrible weather, it was a great show with a wonderful turn out for the breed with 13 DDB entered, a big entry for WA. At the first show, judged by Mr Arthur Fry from Lambda Kennels in Victoria, Leah was awarded 1st in her class and Res. Challenge Bitch. Alice was 1st in her Junior Class and Issy 1st in her State Bred class. The 2nd show, judged by Mr Laurie Wheeler from NSW, Leah was 1st in her Open class and also taking out Best Open of Breed, Alice was 3rd in her Junior class and Issy 1st in her State Bred class. Overall it was a very enjoyable day, many laughs and a good atmosphere. We are so proud of our girls and well done to Jane for showing Issy.
Sunday the 15th, we had a birthday get-together for the puppies in our A Litter. What an eventful afternoon and it was fantastic to see everyone again and it was enjoyable to watch the dogs play providing many laughs for us and the rest of the Taureauxroug family. Photos follow.
We had Alice Hip & elbow scored recently. Hips 2:3, total 5, Australian Grade 2, International Grade B1. This would score OFA Good. Elbow scored 0:2. We plan to do Issy's early 2014.
